Mtl to mdl converter

Does someone know where i can get a mtl to mdl file converter

Why would u need to convert mtl ? o.-

Isn't mtl WoW format? Therefore, I presume that he would try to import a WoW model into warcraft 3. I do not know any tool which could do this though. There were some importers for 3dsmax but I do not have them anymore.

not allowed to discuss that daelin and im very sure Wow is m2 or md2 format.

yes, mtl stands for materials,
also i dont think a mtl converter is out

But how do you expect to convert it to .mdl? .mdl is a model, .mtl (materials) is something totally different
