Okay, first you click on trigger editor (F4)
Create a new trigger (Ctrl + T)
Create a new event (Ctrl + E) to desired event
Create a new action (Ctrl + R) and find Region below "Action Type" scroll
then you decide which region should be moved, and where. And you're done!

Go To Variables (Ctrl + B) Then Name it Point1 or something.
On Variable Type you should find Point then click okay.
After that do a new action and find set variable, find your variable and set it to the wished position.

I also added som pics :)

Be aware that rects (what GUI calls a region) are different from regions (jass regions). This means that although you can move a rect, a region made from that rect will not be changed. If such a region is used to trigger an event (enter/leave region) then it will not change the area that runs the event by moving the rect used to make the region.
