Move condition ?!

Hi, I have a fast question.

I have a Blademaster and I use Windwalk.

So I want to remove his Windwalk buff if he starts to move.
I know how to remove buffs, but not how to ask for his move order.
I tried it with order comparison but it still doesn't work
Could someone please help me
