[Trigger] Mouse scroll event

Is there any way to detect when you bring the mouse at the edge of the screen, thus enabling scroll? Camera translation check is not an option, since I want to detect it on a locked camera.

Hmm ... I doubt it.
Maybe with some triggers it is possible .. But I'm not sure about it..
I'll try to check it later ..
