1. I can't really understand your question, but I think the answer to your question is no. Mounting will not be included until we've added enough areas to the mod, specifically higher level ones. So, no, there is no mounting system right now but we will add it later on when areas such as Thousand Needles and Ashenvale are complete.
2. Because we've put years worth of work and effort into creating the mod and do not want heartless inexperienced modders to tear it apart and exploit all of its content.
