Uhm...how should I say ..
Well here is a video from me & my crew. In this crew, I am doing kinda "videoclipdancing" ... that is how they call it ^^
(I'm the guy in orange)

well, it is a mixture out of hip hop/dance4fans/videoclipdancing. I never had REAL hip hop practice ... my dancing teacher is nearly 40, has no interest/idea in/of hip hop so I am not very happy about my current situation ^^ though, some late events give me hope to get real hip hop practice.

@ OP it looks really cool and is probably not easy to accomplish, but for the most part it just looks like you are doing the same idk.. 4 steps for most of the video filling time in between when you do some other moves. It just seems like you are only going back and forth hitting those steps. Correct me if I am wrong.

The girl either holding the camera or near the camera in the second video, did someone strangle her afterwards? She made my ears bleed.

Anyways, I'm not really a fan of dancing or hip-hop at all. Though I can definetly tell you both arn't just some average kids wanting to be cool and act like you can pull these moves, which you obviously can. Myself, I prefer being in a mosh pit knocking people down.

You are right, there are some certain steps or patterns that I repeat, but still it is not like I do a particular step – something random – and then doing that same step, continue like this through the whole video, and it will look all good. There is a lot more to in than that if you look closely.

However, some steps are like... Don't know how to say it... Nails for a building, if that made sense. xD

Some people do add some minor arm movement to clown walk, I prefer not to. In some cases I do add some claps, but this song didn't have the swing that makes me want to clap. :p

I would consider staring at your legs while clownwalking a good thing. Partly because keeping your head focuse at the crowd will make you insane, but mainly because it leads the focus to the legs – not only for the person clown walking – but also the crowd. Most in my opinion good clown walkers look at their feet while clown walking, that is why I also do it – mostly.

I wear gloves because it cold. xD Outside there is snow and stuff, and the main reason I didn't wear a jacket was because I had already been through the warming up. I have cold hands... : >
