MODEL - Wire

Would any one be able to make a kind of white wire that is thick enough to see, but not like a lead pipe. The base model would have to be a lightning effect(chain lightning) so i could use it in a spell that slowly drags an enemy to you. Aslo if you could make it ripple a little kinda like the Lighning effects do that would be cool.
