Model resize and texture removal request...

This is a really simple request i just need the attached model resized so it is 4 times smaller and it's texture changed to nothing and another one with texture set to:
UI\Widgets\EscMenu\Human\editbox-background.blp

So basicaly 2 models, just resizing and texture changing.
A really simple request but i need it fast.
First person to do the job gets +rep and credits in the project i am using the model.

It seems that if you try to run a game with a model with no texture path it crashes
Good thing that the second path is a transparent texture so all is ok^^
