Model Request - Tiki Statue

I looked around the the Models section for something tribal and found nothing interesting. After a little thinking I eventually searched Google for "Tiki Statue", and I came across this little beauty. Seems like a simple enough set of shapes (or simple enough to simplify) and it would help me a lot on a side project of mine. Any takers? Full credits to the creator of course
