Not actually exactly like it but somewhat near it.

As for her attack missile/projectile, I'm still not sure. I'm thinking maybe using the attack missile of Keeper of the Light from DotA but recolor it to Light Blue

This one right here is the perfect example of what I'm talking about. That's the missile and it is already recolored to Light Blue.

Missile has nothing to do with the model itself.
Missile is a separate model.
