Model Problem

this is the second model i made the first one went fine and works as it should but this one goes wierd in game can any one help heres a screen shot. also some times is completly fine i have no idea whats wrong

Do you use Milkshape 3D?

Looks like you assigned the mesh or a part of it to a helper.
I might wrong.

lol i didnt know i used that many ill take it down to just a shell again and try again

Yeah, around 300 polygons are sufficient to make your sword look detailed and good.

This used to happen to me but I do not remember how I fixed it or what the problem was...

I think I either triangulated it when it should not have been triangulated or it may have had flipped sides...

its ok i just remade it its a good job aswell i now have only used 700 pollys insted of 27K pollys
