[Model] Naga Summoner + animations/attachments

take the Naga Summoner, give it the attack animations of the sea witch, and give it the witches bow
-making a naga archer! (submerge would be cool but not needed)

she also needs a quiver and the arrow art (like when the archer draws an arrow it shows on the bow and when she releases the arrow it dissapears
