Model mker program

Hi, im new in the hole mapmaking scene. (well ive ben making maps for 5 months, but im not very good)

Ive ben serching and searching on google to find a model and/ or skin making program but cant find any..

Can someone give me a link?

Why don't you hit the "Tools" link on top of the page?
There are pleanty of skinning programs, e.x. Warcraft 3 Viewer and Wc3 Image Extractor II.

For modelling, use Oinkerwinkles tools www.oinkerwinkle.com (I hope it's spelled right) or keep searching.
Milkshape, 3dmax or gmax should do it.
