i wanted to make a fire model bigger but the model editor doesn't show up, i click on it and the hourglass shows up a few seconds than dissapears and nothing works

Model Editor doesn't work

Is there an easy way to scale up a model with War3ModelEditor? I have a model whose special effects are giant because I had to use the GUI scaling value.
I don't know much about modeling except how to add sounds and attachment points from the tutorials on this site, but I can follow basic instructions if someone would care to help.
