Model damaged after dismounted

I am a freshman trying retera. Recently I followed the Retera`s video"Dismounting Jaina, Daughter of the Sea" and successfully made a dismounted master.
However the problem is , it displays normally in retera but it becomes a grid when imported into the game. I want to know how to solve it.
