[Model] Adding an simple objet to an model

Hi, and sorry for my bas english

I need some help to make something that can hide some parts on this Jaina model, this Jaina model use Sorcress skin, but i want pants hidden like sorcress pant's (because i don't want to make an pr0n character on my map)

I've linked two screenshot to show what i mean if someone don't understand my bad english, and the model

Don't need to zoom in .. import it on a map and test, move around with a unit with this model, seriously don't need to zoom =/
