Which photo? What filter?I used chatgpt to put a filter on the photo does that count?
If you drew this by majority by hand, then had AI generate small details which you then layered over in PS, then it could still be considered over "50%" freehand, but you have to post proof of work.
If you otherwise drew it or screenshot something, then gave that photo to an AI to redraw it in more detail, and are posting that redrawn photo without further edits, then it would belong in the AI section.
A bit more explanation of how you made it would help a lot (preferably with pictures of versions larger than 64x64).
