Missing Upgrades Campaign editor

Hey guys, I did a search and couldn't find an answer to this, so I thought I would make a post.
Basically, my campaign editor is missing some base upgrades, like all of the "special" category besides "chaos" (like all the naga upgrades, submerge) and other random upgrades from the other races (like back pack, etc).
I did not delete them, and now I cannot even copy paste researches from other maps based on those researches since they won't show up when copy pasted.
Was wondering if there is a known solution to this besides reinstalling the game. Setting map to latest melee patch doesn't work either. (I am using 1.36.2+).

Thanks for your time

Yup that's definitely something that has happened to me, I know it's related to the game data set (in map options), using latest melee patch should make them available

That being said it doesn't work in my campaign so IDK :p Yet, if you copy/paste them from another map, they DO show up if you're using the F6 object editor, but not the F7 one, very bizarre stuff

Yea, changing to latest melee patch was first thing I tried, but it doesn't fix it. This is the most annoying bug ever. I will let ya know if reinstalling does anything.

The fix that I know of to close all the windows, campaign editor, object editor, sound editor etc. Close all of them, they close the WE and restart it. Usually works for me, because yeah this bug is pretty annoying.
Just tried it, and it bloody works! Thank you, Footman. It is hilarious that this is the kind of workaround for this issue. Also worth noting, even when those upgrades are invisible, units that require those upgrades still have them, it is just that when you try to click on them, they do not show up on the list of upgrades, so it is just a visual issue, and does not seem to cause any deep-rooted problems.
