Missing Resource

As you can see,my IsDestTree resource is missing from the list.
My approved resources are 22,the resources listed there is 21.

I can only see it via user resources

Certainly no.

I have released my pack before this thing got approved

The missing resource is right there in "reviewed resources" category, which seems to be mutually exclusive to the "approved resources" category?

Well there's plenty of other resources that have the same fate:

They seem to have somehow gotten the "re"-reviewed status instead of the "a"-approved status.

The issue is that resources that are marked as "Has a real review" do not show up on the resource list of a user. If the resource is maked just as "Approved" then it will show up. This applies to spells at least.
