No idea when this happened. I used to edit this AI back in a pre reforged version years ago. Now that I've finally decided to play with this again, this happened:

There are 3 Unknown items in my building priorities' list: Robf, Robk, Rorb, which are the Burning Oil, Berserker and Reinforced Defenses Upgrades respectively.

But upon further inspection, it seems fresh new AIs also fall prone to the same issue. If I try to add a new Upgrade, searching for said upgrades, I can't find them in the list:

I decided to import an Object Data file from a map to see if it would fix things, but then I realised it has to be a custom one as you can't export an unmodified All Object Data. I did it anyways, and to my surprise not only it didn't work, but all copies of said upgrades also don't appear on the list (this Custom Object Data has some copies of the abilities for different custom races):

Changing race to Custom doesn't make any difference as well.

Does anyone know what's going on and how I can fix this? Thanks!

EDIT: I decided to close and open WE for the 3rd time since I realised this issue, and this time I booted the AI Editor before loading the map I was working on, and things are back to normal... Tried some more combinations of closing and opening the editors again and everytime it's working... Weird stuff. But as the issue had persisted even upon restarting my PC once, maybe there's a combination of things that makes this happen. If it happens to me again I'll add the info I gather here, but for now it seems to be solved.
