Missile Color

Is there anyway to change the missile color in the editor?
If not, is there any editing software to change colors?

You will have to edit it. Retera's Model Studio can probably do it. Otherwise you can manually launch projectiles yourself with a missile system (there are a few in the resources section) and then recolor them since units and effects can be recolored and that's what a custom missile system would use.
