-This affects spell that needs casting.

-Base Casting Time is the time needed to cast a spell if your Spell Haste is 0

-The formula is (Base Casting Time * (1-Spell Haste)) = Casting Time

-The limit for Casting Time is 0.5s.

-Bishops, for example need only 80% spell haste for the fastest Heal and Soul Strike Casting Time.

-Ressurection would need 95% Spell Haste to reach 0.5s Casting Time.

-Spell Haste comes from Agi, Items, Talents, Etc..

-Spell Haste Formula for Agi:

( Total Agi / Base Agi - 1 ) * 0.25

-Base Agi is dependent on Class and Level.

-Base Agi Formula:
