Militia with Bow

Could someone make a model where a militia is holding a bow, please include full animations. I searched and searched for this model, no were to be found. so could someone make this. Please link to me if you find any models that look like a militia with a bow, don't just like me archers, chances are, i already looked at it and denied.

It needs to look like an militia archer so that i can use call to arms and have the peasants turn into an archer.
