Microphone won't work.

I'm pretty sure I already know what the problem is as I have been to sound settings in the control panel and I was supposed to remove the headset as default however I accidentally removed the mic instead so my question is how do i get it back to the recording section of the sound setting in the control panel?

That's the problem it isn't under the Inspelning section even though it's plugged in.
