Merging?

Me and my friend have been making a map for a little while now.... but its hard with taking turns doing the units.....is there a way that we can do units on two different ones then merge them? so in this case we are doing a TD... he makes a Race and i Make a Race and then we can merge it into the map...

You can make a copy of your TD so both of you have the same map. Then both of you can make units, and, after you're finished, you copy your units into his map or the other way around.

we was doing that but after u paste it takes a second to load.....and u can only do one at a time.....do u know if there is a better way?
