Merging Map Data Files

I'm not famaliar with this subject much. Is there a program or a way to merge Map Data files?

For example, extracted Unit Data from one map, and another Unit Data from another map, merging those 2?

Or trigger data, abilities, etc.

I'm not sure but i heard somewhere that Grimoire can do this. I don't know the exact link to the program but it can be found on wc3campaigns (thought the site curently is not working)

Grimm Extension Pack by PitzerMike, to be exact. Vexorian included it in JassNewGenPack.
