Merge object & decorations data?

I have an old map with custom units and doodads, and a new one. Can I combine all this data without replacing? There are some things in a new map that I want to save but not to replace with another ones

Direct merging I do not think is possible, but you could try to copy and paste the objects from one map to the other by opening both of them at the same time and then hop back and forth between the two maps.
