I've been wanting the Lady Vashj model turned into a medusa for a really long time. There are already some similar ones, but none have snakes for hair.
If anyone is ambitious enough to attempt such a marvel they would make me very happy. :D
 
Well...

yes, vashj is very influenced by medusaish imagery, but i disagree~ she's more aquatic and her skin has brighter colors. also she has no snakes for hair.
i don't think she looks "exactly" like medusa apart from the excellent snake tail...
