[MCL] Need a "Flag doodad" for a competition map :

As you may now, the Master Clan League (http://www.themcl.com) has launched a Map Contest in order to improve their map-pool with a new competitive map.

This map will be our official map and by the way we need special graphics on it to show that this map is "The MCL one".

Of course i'll add those graphics in the map ^^ and mention your nick in the comments

So I need your help

In fact I need a flag (as a doodad) with this picture ( http://www.ysthar.com/MCLMap.jpg ) like the flag on this screenshot :

I don't know how to do it so I hope you'll be able to help me I just know that there is blank flags for this in the World Editor.
