Maya 2014 - Warcraft 3 MDX/MDL

Does anyone know how to convert
Warcraft 3 MDL and/or MDX files
to
Maya 2014 compatible files?
and vice versa

you can use biturn to get the models into Maya, but exporting them directly is not possible. You'll always depend on 3ds max.
