Max level Increase

Hi All,
I'm new in Hive Workshop community..I used to play Warcraft like 3-4 years ago but had to stop coz of my studies!So,I would like to ask about something I couldn't find so much time...How can I change the max level from 10 to 30 for example?It needs a specific trigger or just from players stats?

I've decided to stick for a while on Warcraft and on World Editor...So Hive Workshop community will carry a barrier like me xD..I'm currently running a project and soon I'll upload it here
