This is the latest version (v1.20): Simple Model Workshop. It's an unreleased pre-release version.

Edit: Note that changing animation speed in this version doesn't work. For that, use the latest full-release version: Modeling Resource: Customized Vertex Editor.

I did google "MatrixEater" a few times, and the GitHub link came up, but I didn't know how to use it..

What do you mean changing animation speed doesn't work? I have the Animation Editor opened just fine

I had errors when I tried to use it, when I finished changing the animation speed, and with the older version it worked. That might not always happen, but if it does use the older version.
