Is there any way to change map size without creating new map?

Yes, go to modify camera bounds. There is then a checkbox letting you edit the map size by adding or removing map in any direction (you can not insert new map in the middle or such). Your map will have to be multiples of 64 or something though otherwise it will give an error message but next to that you can alter it any way you wish.
