How can i protect my map so that only a few can reedit/hack my map?

One could use Google and enter the correct key words when trying to solve a problem. One could use words like protect, map and warcraft. The second link could help a lot on the issue but this is just speculating.

You can additionally create a blank *.txt file, import it with the Import Manager and rename it to: war3map.wtg.

You can not protect maps. You can however damage your map so WE can no longer open it using Vexorian's optimizer.
The map will still be easilly editable via all MPQ software as WC3 must be able to load it.

Protecting your map can keep ALL the noobs away from it, but it doesn't stop
proffessionals intermediate warcraft coders guys like me Dr Super Good
