[Crash] Map could not be opened

That is often an indicator that your map has become corrupted, for one reason or another.

You'll have to try to find a backup. If you are using JNGP, go to your JNGP folder and look under the "backups" folder. You should have some backup maps in there that will load correctly.

If you don't have JNGP, go to your Warcraft III folder, click "Maps" and open your "Test" folder. Hopefully your map is there.

P.S. Instead of taking a picture of your screen, you should be able to click "print screen", ctrl+c and ctrl+v into paint. If you can't do this (e.g. print screen doesn't work), then ignore this statement.

This is why Blizzard should have made the editor update maps using atomic file transactions. Either no change should be done to the map, or all changes are done to the map. If the system crashes before all changes are done to the map, you should be left with no changes being done.
