Manual Attack System

I want different attack system for my project.


I clicked rightclick to the area , and the character didnt move , the character only shoot his weapon to the area that i targeted. The character has arrow movement.

If you still dont understand what i mean , just play this map.
Its in russian language , when you encounter dialogs , just click any of them . Its just nothing.

I want to be similar to this map , play it , so you will know what i really mean. I dont know how they made that attack system , and i really want to know how.

I don't really get what is wrong with that map. The text is missing, so I don't know what's happening in the world.

Just click any of them. Even me , i also dont understand because its in Russian Language. Those are just Difficulty , Event and Settings.
If youre now playing it , click RMB then you will understand what i really mean
