Making Serpent Wards Summon a Building

hey, I am a total noobie, so maybe this has the most obvious solution in this entire website, but I made Serpent Wards summon a building(a human Cold Tower specifically) and this is the result:

You can see it is at 100%, but stays in the "under construction" phase. They can attack though, and once they attack they actually stop constructing and officially complete - and if I summon a shop instead of a tower, I can fully utilize it - buy items, sell items, etc. It just looks bad. But most people here probably already knew all of this. The question is, is there any way to make it actually work well, so it fully summons the building? Maybe there's another way to do it than just modifying Serpent Wards, like with triggers?
