Making appear images

Hello everybody, im making a map, which you enter in a circle (region) and appear a image, but the problem is when i enter the region on wc3, a fatal error appear and the game close, i talked to a friend and he told me i cant just pass from jpg to blp, i need a tool, but i dont know which tool, i download some tools, but dunno if they are what i need or how use them, ¿can some one tell me how convert jpg to blp please?

this tool is increidble and thx, but are you sure it convert iimages from JPG to BLP?

i cant find how

can answer pleeeeeeeease?!? :S
