Making Abilities/Spells from Items : Tooltip doesn't work?

I've based some passive abilities on items and they either don't show up or the tool tip is all screwy.

However the effects all seem to work.

I used the dark orb and the item life regeneration (Ring of Regen)

Is their something I am missing?

Hmm.. the life reg is a passive withouth icon, sorry, you can't let it show that one. Maybe it's smarter to make a custom Unholy Aura which only affects yourself? But I thought the orb did show a tooltip, try to change the ability sort to unit.
