Making a Locust based spell!!!

I read somehwere about those spells , similar are in Harry Potter Magic Fight 1.3 and Warlocks map , can somebody explain how can i made them in (GUI) if possible or give some links.

Are you trying to use Locust(Unit unselectable ability) Or Locust swarm?

Unit unselectable abbility.
As i stated spells that are used in Warlocks (Warlocks) (Download map and try it out if u have time , that way you will see what i mean)

You can just add the ability to the unit. Locust is a unit ability. Hope I've understood your question right
