I need my model look like Left, but Left get it's hp-bar so high.
And Right is model with scaling=1.
So I think, make this model smaller (0.4) will help it hp-bar.
( please show me how to do )
btw, what is "Yes, post a poll with this thread" ?

- edit:

I had tried war3modelEditor, it cause problem with animtion :(

OK. There is how I do
1. Open with Margos -> Window -> Model
2. Select ALL -> Tranformation -> Scaling
3. set 0.4 / 0.4 / 0.4 -> Ok
4. Edit >Calculate Extents

-

At first [no animation] it's look very good
Then test animation : fail.
