Make item unavailable?

So for my map I want to make an item unavailable if people don't do the tutorial. I know how to do that for Neutral buildings but the item is being sold by a normal structure (like an Arcane Vault) and I can't seem to stop it being there. Any help?

Add the item to the shop when the user finishes the tutorial

EDIT : SORRY, I said some bullshit :/
Place a shop without this item on the map. And when the tutorial is finished replace the shop by one with the item....

Techtree requirements only apply to "Made" items, not sold. This is the key.

I'll try the techtree thing... And swapping the building would be awkward as it's the main building!!!
