Make an item model from an attachment

I'm looking for a 'quiver' item model for my map. Since I dont have any skills and progs for modelling, it would be really great if someone could help me!

I found a good attachment model which - I think - can be used to change into an item model.

Would be great if someone could do that for me. Shouldnt be that hard for a pro modeller, I suppose...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Or if it aint that hard to do, would be great if someone could explain me a bit how to do it, and with which program etc
