Is there any way for a unit to prioritize some buildings?
For example
Make an abomination attack first the watch towers. If all watch towers are dead then it may the building closest to him

i don't think so,
but there are a plenty ways to do that.
can choose plenty of events that could make your abomintion atack the buildings:
for example :
Unit is atacked ->
Unit is in group abomination and unit has a buff (your buff)
issue unit to atack The building that is giving the buff.
or try via adding buildings to variables and issue abominations to atack them.

Stats - Priority

Should probably work as the normal melee buildings do have different priorities.

Priority just determines what order they appear when you select multiple different types of units.
