Make a player slot controlled by the pc

Hi!

Sounds easy, but it isnt:

I try to prevent that a player uses the slot of player 9 and 10 by (Player options-> I do not choose user, but: Computer)
Any way it does not work >_<
Furthermore I have to lock the playercolours.

Anyone knows what do to here?

go to scenario->forces->use custom forces=checked, fixed player settings=checked.
