Yes it is 100% playable. The tile textures are made by Piwlady i guess? (They might be Cnp by him.. I dunno ) And the models are from UTM. You can download it from here

Im sorry. But im not allowed to give the tiles away. They're made by Piwlady and i'm only allowed to use them cause they've been made for our project. You have to ask Piw instead. Though i think he aint going to give them

You might want to use the Outland UTM with your project. It has a lot of stone models with the same texture as the pillar and walls.

Also, Amigurumi's demonic models are pretty useful. They also use Textures\DarkPortal03.blp exclusively.

Piw im working on a project and Gars is a part of it could i use your tilesets? you get credits and +rep for it and i dont give them to anyone else. or is gars allowed to use them for my project?

I really love that chest (last) picture. I love the glowing tile right under the chest and the blueish fog comming out of the chest. Is that a custom model or is it from blizzard? Because I'd like to know how you did that if you want to reveal it

That fog thingie comes from chimney model what is under that chest
You can find it from umt -> stuctures
