EDIT: rework both upper and lower teeth to look more like teeth and to be a tiny bit separated from each other. also upper teeth are too small.

Why is he showing off his midriff? That's kind of a slutty mad scientist if you ask me XD
Anyways, you should add more shading to the skin in general, especially the shirt. The metallic jaw is also a little weird as it has no hinges, making it look like a solid piece of metal with bolts. You should make it look like it is created out of a few pieces of metal that hing off of one another. With a bare lower back the butt-cloth does not look like it belongs their, if the shirt were extended down lower it could look more like the tail of a shirt.

Now that is something I can work with. I'll try to change the shirt into a lab coat or something. You're right about the butt-cloath, I only added that because I had no idea what else to do with it. And I'll add some more shading and texture to the pants, shirt and jaw.

I suggest that you remove the top part of the metal jaw. it just looks weird. instead leave just bottom one, do better mustaches and make a good hinge where the jaw should move.
