I fully agree that this is more of a decoration than an actual building because it doesn't have proper birth animations, and the death animation needs consistent visibility; furthermore it also needs a foundation to function correctly as a building

I APPROVE this nonetheless but only as a doodad, but regardless of the errors it can still be USEFUL/SIMPLE

If possible, I would kindly ask you to consider changing the status of this package to the next set of doodads and, if applicable, to evaluate whether this package could be marked as 'recommended'.
