Lower XP gain

I am making a map with mass unit battles. The problem is that heroes level 2 fast from those battles. So i was wondering if there is a way to lower xp gain.
Now, for killing a lvl 1 footman i get 40 xp, is there a way to make it 10?

Yes easily Done.
There are two ways:
One is using trigger:

• Xp Lowering
  • Events
    • Elapsed game time is 5 seconds
  • Conditions
  • Actions
    • Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
    • Make (Picked player) Heroes gain 50.00% experience from future kills

Or just use:
Advanced - Gameplay Constants: and set xp gain there...
