[Low Priority] Incorrect "last seen" messages

I have just gone onto my profile from the "forum list" page and noticed that my "last seen" message mentions some random icon asset I've never looked at before. I do not think my profile is compromised as I have 2 factor authentication on, so it's most likely some kind of mistake.

It's been reported in the past. I have zero clue what is causing it .

EDIT: I have added some details to my ticket about it. Maybe I have enough to figure it out.

I have noticed this, primarily in threads in the Resource section; clicking on the thread in the "Watched Threads" list generally (should) take you to the last unread post, but sometimes will take you to the first one (especially, like I said, for models & such).
